By accessing or using Vale Forever Clothing (“the Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

04Products & pricing

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate, and prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Sales tax, customs duties, and other applicable charges may be added at checkout or upon delivery.

05Authenticity & reseller status

Vale Forever Clothing is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands, designers, or manufacturers whose products we offer. All product names, trademarks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. Each piece is verified by our in-house authentication team before it ships. If any item you receive is later proven inauthentic by a reputable third-party authenticator, we will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of verification.

06Orders & payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the listed prices. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for refusal may include: limited stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, or shipping restrictions.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment page. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

07Shipping & risk

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. See our Shipping page for delivery times and costs.

08Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

09Intellectual property
