All transactions on Vale Forever Clothing are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major banks. We are PCI DSS compliant, which means we follow industry-mandated security practices for handling cardholder data.
We never store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers. Card details are tokenized and processed directly by our payment partner (Stripe / PayPal) — they never touch our infrastructure.

Currency & pricing
All prices on our site are displayed in USD by default. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will convert the charge at the prevailing exchange rate. International orders may incur a small foreign transaction fee — check with your card issuer.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable local tax laws. For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes upon delivery — these charges are not collected by us and are determined by your country’s customs office.
Authorization holds
When you place an order, your card may be authorized for the full amount but not actually charged until your order ships. If your order is cancelled before shipping, the authorization will be released — typically within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, please double-check your card details and try again. Common reasons include:
- Incorrect billing address (must match your card statement)
- Insufficient funds or daily spending limit reached
- Card flagged as international by your bank — call to authorize
- Expired card

All credit card and PayPal payments through Vale Forever Clothing are protected by industry-standard chargeback and dispute processes. If anything goes wrong with your order, we’ll work with you directly to resolve it — and you always have your card issuer or PayPal as a backup.
