Every order is packed by hand at our atelier in New York and shipped via tracked express courier. We process orders within 1–2 business days and you’ll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

For international orders outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare all packages at full value as required by law.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. Every order is inspected, photographed, and packed with care before it leaves our atelier.
Tracking your order
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships. You can track your package any time through the carrier’s website or by logging into your Vale Forever account.
Shipping carriers
We ship through DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS for international orders. Domestic US orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail depending on your location and the size of the package. All shipments are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to redirect packages once they’ve shipped, and any returned-to-sender packages due to incorrect addresses will incur a re-shipping fee of $25.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim. We’ve got you covered.
